【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationof67elementsinuraniumdioxidesamplesandnucleargradeuraniumcompoundsandsolutionswithoutmatrixseparationbyinductivelycoupledplasmamassspectrometry(ICP-MS).TheelementsarelistedinTable1.Theseelementscanalsobedeterminedinuranylnitratehexahydrate(UNH),uraniumhexafluoride(UF6),triuraniumoctoxide(U3O8)anduraniumtrioxide(UO3)ifthesecompoundsaretreatedandconvertedtothesameuraniumconcentrationsolution.1.2Theelementsboron,sodium,silicon,phosphorus,potassium,calciumandironcanbedeterminedusingdifferenttechniques.Theanalyst''sinstrumentationwilldeterminewhichprocedureischosenfortheanalysis.1.3Thetestmethodfortechnetium-99isgiveninAnnexA1.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.WarningTheICP-MSisasourceofintenseultra-violetradiationfromtheradiofrequencyinducedplasma.ProtectionfromradiofrequencyradiationandUVradiationisprovidedbytheinstrumentundernormaloperation.
