【摘要】:ThispartofISO3686specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1;bothgeometrictestsandmachiningtestsonverticalspindle,singlecolumntypecoordinatedrillingandboringmachines.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.Itshouldbenotedthat,besidesdrillingandboringoperations,itmaybepossibletocarryoutlightmillingoperationswiththesemachines.However,thispartofISO3686doesnotdealwithjigboringmachinesormachiningcentres.ThispartofISO3686dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoises,thestick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.),northemachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.ThispartofISO3686providestheterminologyusedfortheprinciplecomponentsofthemachineandindicatesthedesignationoftheaxesinaccordancewithISO841.
