【摘要】:ThispartofEN13230definestechnicalcriteriaandcontrolprocedureswhichhavetobesatisfiedbytheconstituentmaterialsandthefinishedconcretesleepersandbearers,i.e.:precastconcretesleepers,bearersforswitchesandcrossings,andspecialelementsforrailwaytracks.Themainrequirementofconcretesleepersandbearersisthetransmissionofvertical,lateralandlongitudinalloadsfromtherailstotheballastorothersupport.Inusetheyarealsoexposedtofrostdamageandtomoisture,whichcanresultindetrimentalchemicalreactionswithinthesleeperInthisstandardmechanicaltestsaredefinedwhichprovideassuranceofthecapabilityofsleepersorbearerstoresistrepetitiveloadingandprovidesufficientdurability.Inadditioncontrolsareplacedonmanufacturingprocessesandteststoensurethattheconcretewillnotsufferdegradationinservicethroughchemicalreactionandfrostdamage.
